In re disciplinary proceeding against Preszler

Docket No. 570-5 (from WSBA Case No. 13836)  Facts:  Terry Preszler was suspended from the practice of law for three years following a hearing before the Washington State Bar Association’s disciplinary board, which found that Preszler had violated several rules of professional conduct by charging an unreasonable fee, giving mistaken legal advice, filing false documents, failing to supervise his paralegal, and failing to obtain required approval from a bankruptcy court before distributing proceeds from his client’s personal injury claim to himself.
