Docket No. 79947-4 (from Court of Appeals Division II Case No. 33242-6)  Facts: Petitioner Jason Eisfeldt was convicted of unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance in the Superior Court for Thurston County after a contractor performing work in Eisfeldt’s home noticed evidence of marijuana cultivation and notified the police, who subsequently searched the premises and, on the basis of what they discovered, obtained a warrant to conduct a broader search that revealed an active marijuana growing operation.
